The Interlake Snow Trackers are an incorporated not for profit recreational club. We maintain Approximately 600 kilometers of snowmobile trails in the area in and around Arborg, Hecla, Grindstone , Riverton ,Gimli, Winnipeg Beach, Narcisse and Petersfield.
The club Also owns and up keeps seven warm up shelters throughout this area. We run two large groomers plus Small equipment to maintain trails and cabins. We depend heavily on club members that volunteer their time, resources and energy to keep the club functioning. The club clears, signs, grooms, and upgrade the trails constantly throughout each season to give everyone a safe and enjoyable place to snowmobile.
Trail passes are required to ride our trail system, our club works with the umbrella organization of Snoman. All snow pass money goes to Snoman to be redistributed to the clubs for operational and new project expenses.
Our club also also does fund raising events to help with expenses. We try to organize as many social events over each season as possible. We have regular meetings every third Wednesday of the month at various locations. Our club works with the local governments, landowners, Manitoba Conservation, and the R.C.M.P. to make the trails safe and enjoyable for everyone. We produce a local trail map with the financial help of local businesses to make our trail system more accessible to Snowmobilers. New members, new ideas, and help are always welcome, join our club and see how much fun a Manitoba winter can be.
Find us on Facebook or our website for latest information and activities.
